3. Production Process Flow

This Snack Pellet Extruding Line follows a mature, industrial process designed for stable output, consistent product quality, and efficient large-scale production.

Flour Mixing → Screw Conveying → Extrusion → Cutting → Hoisting → Drying → Cooling → Packing

3.1 Mixing, Extrusion & Cutting

Raw flours are uniformly blended in the flour mixer. The screw conveyor transfers the mix to the twin-screw extruder. The extruder cooks and forms dough into screw shapes, shell patterns, or pellet designs. The precision cutter cuts pellets to uniform size.

3.2 Drying & Cooling

Cut pellets are hoisted to the continuous dryer for uniform moisture removal. The cooling conveyor then rapidly cools dried pellets. Finished snack pellets are shelf-stable and ready for frying or packing. Complete end-to-end automation from raw material to semi-finished products.
