3. Production Process Flow

3.1 Mixing, Extrusion & Cutting

Raw flours are uniformly blended in the mixer. The screw conveyor transfers the mix to the twin-screw extruder. The extruder cooks and forms a continuous dough sheet. The precision cutter then cuts the sheet into uniform chip shapes.

3.2 Drying & Continuous Frying

Cut chips are hoisted to the continuous dryer for pre-frying moisture removal. The continuous fryer then deep-fries chips to crispy texture and golden color. Consistent frying ensures uniform quality for every single chip.
