Our Artificial Rice Extruding Line uses broken paddy flour as raw material. Through extruding, drying, and polishing procedures, the new rice has a good shape with color shine. 3. Production Process Flow

This Artificial Rice Production Line follows a mature, industrial process designed for stable output, consistent product quality, and efficient large-scale production.

Grinding Rice Flour → Mixing Flour → Extruding → Drying → Cooling

3.1 Grinding Rice Flour

Broken paddy rice is ground into fine rice flour. The grinding process ensures uniform particle size for consistent extrusion and final product quality.

3.2 Mixing Flour

Rice flour is mixed with water and other ingredients. For fortified rice, vitamin and mineral premixes are added at this stage to ensure even distribution.

3.3 Extruding

The mixed material is fed into a twin-screw extruder where high temperature and pressure cook and shape the rice kernels. The extrusion process creates rice-shaped kernels that resemble natural rice.

3.4 Drying

The extruded rice kernels pass through a multi-stage dryer to reduce moisture content to 10-12%, ensuring proper texture and extended shelf life.

3.5 Cooling

The finished rice is cooled to room temperature on a cooling conveyor before packaging, ensuring stability and preventing clumping.
