Filling Materials → Forming Shape → Cooling Cereal Bar → Demolding Cereal Bar → Conveying Cereal Bar → Packaging
Raw materials including oats, rice crisps, nuts, dried fruits, protein powder, and binding syrup are mixed and fed into the hopper.
The mixture is pressed into molds to form the desired bar shape. Different molds can produce squares, balls, hearts, rings, cakes, sticks, and more.
Formed bars pass through a cooling tunnel to set the shape and stabilize the texture before demolding.
The finished bars are automatically demolded and conveyed to the next stage for packaging.
