Production Process
Mixing → Screw Conveying → Extruding → Cutting → Sifting → Air Conveying → Flaking (for 2D pellets) → Drying → Cooling → Packaging
Fully automatic and continuous operation. 2D and 3D shapes can be switched on the same line by changing dies and adjusting parameters.
