DRC-65 Cereal Bar Molding Machine/Energy Bar Machine

Introduction

DRC-65 Cereal bar machine is suitable to make cereal bar, rice cake, rice ball etc, different sizes and shapes can be made by changing molds.

Raw materials: oats, pop rice, peanuts, sesame, dry fruits, almonds, raisins etc.

1. Centralized control, one cabinet to control the whole line, easy to operatre.

2.  Siemens PLC and touch screen, multi operation language for choice, like English, Spanish, French etc. Any fault during production will be displayed on the screen directly.

3. A wide range of ingredients can be used as raw materials, like oats, pop rice, peanuts, sesame, dry fruits, almonds, raisins etc.

4. Different sizes are shapes can be made by changing molds, like square, ball, heart, ring, cake, sticks etc.

5. Machine cover is stainless steel, the molds are made by HMWHDPE and includes 36 pieces, conforming food grade.

6. Production flow chart:

Filling materials - Forming shape - Cooling cereal bar - Demolding cereal bar - Conveying cereal bar.

7. The voltage can be customized as client’s request.

1. Large bin batching system

The proportioning bin system is suitable for materials with a large proportion in production.

The single bin volume is 220L, full stainless steel material.

The system includes guide rail and movable scale, 4 bins per group. The left two bins in the picture are used to break up the sticky strawberry and cranberry materials and discharge the materials by vibrating.

2. Small bin batching system

This proportioning system is mainly for materials with small proportion in production, including guide rail, small movable scale, full made of stainless steel. The materials can be powder, granules or liquid.

Four bins per group, and each bin volume is 25L.

3. Movable heat preservation tank

Volume: 120L

Full made of stainless steel.

The heat preservation tank can be raised to match the top cover and mixing blade, insulation layer is able to keep warm for sugar syrup.

You’re more than welcome to visit Darin, we will provide machine test running, face to face discussioin and turkey project design solution.

2. Could you afford technician team to guide our installation and commissioning?

Oversea commssioning service provided, our technician will help to install the machine, and teach local workers about operation and manitenance. Buyer should pay for the technician’s round flight ticket , accommodation and salary.

3. How long is your machine’s guarantee time?

One year from the machine arrive at your factory.

4. If some parts break after warranty, what should we do?

Darin supply full-life after sales service, whenever new parts needed, we will help to supply new replacments at reasonable price & in shortest time.

5. If we show our workshop size, can you design layout for the whole line?

AutoCAD layout will be provided as client’s workshop size.

6. During epedemic period, how should we install the processing line without any experience?

1) Before delivery, we will take detailed operation video to show how to assemble each machine, how to operate and maintain the line.

2) Operation manual, circuit diagram etc in English version will be provided.

3) Online support available. If any questions during installation or production, our engineer will help to solve by videocall or zoom meeting.
