3.1 Tri-color Extruding

Raw materials including meat powder, starch, gelatin, and organic compounds are fed into the tri-color extruder. The extruder processes three colors of material simultaneously in one machine, creating a unique three-color effect that is visually appealing.

3.2 Braiding & Cutting

Extruded tri-color strips pass through the braiding system to create uniform braided patterns. The automatic cutter then cuts them to final length with precision, ensuring consistent size and appearance.

3.3 Automatic Traying & Trolley Loading

Cut tri-color braids are automatically loaded onto trays by the traying system. The braids-loading-onto-trays system then transfers them to the trays-loading-into-trolley system. Operators only need to move trolleys to the drying room.
