1. Wet Treats Processing Line

Our Wet Treats Processing Line is designed for high-volume production of soft, moist pet treats and meat snacks. It integrates frozen meat processing, grinding, emulsifying, mixing, forming, steam cooking, and cutting in one complete system. 3. Production Process Flow

This Wet Treats Production Line follows a mature, industrial process designed for stable output, consistent product quality, and efficient large-scale production.

Frozen Meat Crushing → Grinding → Emulsifying → Mixing → Forming → Steam Cooking → Cutting → Conveying

3.1 Frozen Meat Processing

Frozen meat chunks and bones are crushed by the crusher, then hoisted to the meat grinder. The grinder processes the meat to the required particle size for further processing.

3.2 Grinding & Emulsifying

Ground meat passes through the emulsifier to create a smooth, uniform paste. This ensures consistent texture and optimal mixing with other ingredients.

3.3 Mixing

Emulsified meat is elevated to the mixer where meat powder, flour, vegetables, fat, and functional ingredients are blended. The mixer ensures uniform distribution of all ingredients.

3.4 Forming & Steam Cooking

The mixed material is fed into the forming machine which shapes the treats. Formed treats then pass through the steam cooker for thorough and even cooking, ensuring perfect moisture and tenderness.

3.5 Cutting & Conveying

Cooked treats are cut to final length by the auto cutter. The conveyor system transports finished wet treats to the next stage. Optional gravy cooking system available for coated products.
