Starch, flour, meat meal, and functional ingredients are precisely batched and fed into a twin-screw extruder. The extruder is equipped with vacuum system and liquid filling system for optimal texture and nutrition. It cooks and shapes the material into continuous strips with uniform density.

3.2 Cutting & Arranging

Extruded strips are cut to final length. The sticks arranging system automatically organizes the cut pieces for uniform drying. This ensures consistent drying results and reduces manual handling.

3.3 Continuous Drying

Arranged sticks enter the continuous dryer for 6-12 hours of thorough drying. The dryer has capacity of 13,000 pcs. Multiple heating sources available: electricity, steam, LPG, or heat pump. No trays, trolleys, or batch drying rooms needed.

3.4 Cooling & Discharging

Dried dental treats pass through the cooling system to reach room temperature. The discharging system directly connects to packing machine for complete end-to-end automation.
