3. Production Process Flow

This Bi-color Kibbles Line follows a mature, industrial process designed for stable output, consistent product quality, and efficient large-scale production.

Feeding → Extruding → Sifting → Air Conveying → Drying → Elevating → Coating → Cooling → Finished Kibbles

3.1 Feeding & Extruding

Raw materials including meat powder, corn flour, fresh meat, and fat are fed into the extruder through the screw feeder. The extruder processes two colors simultaneously in one machine, creating a unique two-color effect for premium pet food.

3.2 Sifting & Air Conveying

Extruded kibbles pass through the sifter to remove fines and ensure uniform size. The air conveyor then transfers them efficiently to the dryer, reducing manual handling and maintaining product quality.

3.3 Drying, Coating & Cooling

Kibbles enter the dryer for thorough moisture removal. The elevator transfers dried kibbles to the coating drum where fats, flavors, and nutrients are applied. Finally, the cooling conveyor ensures proper temperature before packaging.
