It integrates twin-screw extruding, cutting, rolling, drying, slurry coating, and cooling in one continuous system. The line delivers uniform shape, rich flavor, and consistent coating. 3. Production Process Flow

This Rolling and Slurry Coating Line follows a mature, industrial process designed for stable output, consistent product quality, and efficient large-scale production.

Batching → Extruding → Cutting → Rolling → Drying → Coating → Drying → Cooling → Discharging

3.1 Batching & Extruding

Starch, flour, meat meal, chicken, and other ingredients are precisely batched and fed into a twin-screw extruder. The extruder cooks and shapes the material into continuous strips with uniform texture and density.

3.2 Cutting & Rolling

Extruded strips are cut to precise lengths. The cutting system then feeds into an automatic rolling machine which shapes the strips into uniform rolls. Rolls are arranged automatically for the next stage.

3.3 Drying & Coating

Rolled products pass through Dryer A for initial moisture removal. They then enter the gravy coater where chicken slurry coating is applied evenly. Coated rolls pass through Dryer B for final drying to achieve perfect texture and flavor.

3.4 Cooling & Discharging

Finished products pass through Cooler A and Cooler B to reach room temperature. The final rolls discharging system delivers finished coated chicken rolls ready for packaging.
