3.1 Dough Pressing & Shaping

Mixed dough passes through the dough presser to achieve consistent sheet thickness. The waste sheet conveyor recovers excess material. The biscuit shaper then cuts uniform shapes using hundreds of available molds—round, bone, triangle, heart, long sticks, and more.

3.2 Baking & Flavoring

Shaped biscuits enter the baking oven for precise temperature-controlled baking. The oil sprayer then applies flavoring oils for enhanced taste and appearance. Both hard and soft biscuits can be produced by changing the forming machine.
