3. Production Process Flow

This Rice Straw Processing Line follows a mature, industrial process designed for stable output, consistent product quality, and efficient large-scale production.

Flour Mixing → Screw Conveying → Extrusion → Cooling Belt → Cutting → Hoisting → Drying → Final Cooling → Packing

3.1 Mixing & Extrusion

Raw flours are uniformly blended in the flour mixer. The screw conveyor transfers the mixture to the extruder. The extruder cooks and forms the dough into continuous hollow straws with uniform diameter.

3.2 Cooling & Cutting

Extruded straws pass through the cooling belt for rapid shape setting. The precision cutter then cuts straws into uniform lengths. Consistent diameter and length for every single straw.

3.3 Drying & Final Cooling

Cut straws are hoisted to the continuous dryer for uniform moisture removal. The cooling conveyor then cools dried straws. Finished rice straws are ready for packing with firm texture and long shelf life.
