3. Production Process Flow

This Fortified Rice Processing Line follows a mature, industrial process designed for stable output, consistent product quality, and efficient large-scale production.

Flour Mixing → Screw Conveying → Extrusion → Hoisting → Drying → Cooling → Packing

3.1 Mixing & Extrusion

Raw flours and added nutrients are uniformly blended in the flour mixer. The screw conveyor transfers the mixture to the extruder. The extruder cooks and shapes the dough into uniform rice grain shapes with precise nutrient content.

3.2 Drying & Cooling

Formed rice grains are hoisted to the continuous dryer for uniform moisture removal. The cooling conveyor rapidly cools dried rice. Finished rice is ready for packing with consistent grain shape, firm texture, and long shelf life.
