Introduction of the meat strips machine:
The main equipment of Fully Auto Rawhide Munchy Sticks Processing Line as below:
Proportioning System,Mixer, Hoister,Extruder,Cutting Machine,Circular Conveyor,Sorting Conveyor,10meter-5layer- Dryer, and Control Cabinet.
The proportioning system consists of 4 silos and a syrup insulation bucket. The silo will automatically weigh the raw materials according to the setting weight and transport them to the hopper of the mixer. The syrup in the insulation bucket will be transported to the hopper of mixer by a metering pump according to the setting weight. After all the ingredients are proportioning completed, the mixer thoroughly mixes the raw materials and continuously transports them to the hopper of the extruder through the elevator.
The extruder extrudes the raw materials according to the setting speed. The extruder includes a barrel cooling system. When the temperature of extruder barrel is higher than the setting temperature, the cooling system automatically starts to cool the barrel. Ensure that the material is not affected by high temperature during extrusion and does not expand or deform.
After the material is extruded, it will pass through a cutting machine to be cut as setting lengths. Then they are conveyed to a 10 meter 5-layer Dryer through a circulating conveyor and a sorting conveyor. During the conveying process, various structures are used to ensure the flatness of the products.
After being baked on the upper layer, the elongated product is basically shaped. A cutting device is installed at the end of the upper layer to cut the elongated product into the final qualified product size. This can ensure the straightness of the rawhide munchy stick and the flatness of the cut. The cutting product is transferred to the lower layer of the oven for further drying to meet the final product requirements.

2) Operation manual, circuit diagram etc in English version will be provided.
