3.1 Pellets Feeding & Heating

Raw material pellets including meat powder, flour, gelatin, and organic compounds are fed into the system. The material is heated to the optimal temperature for moulding, ensuring proper flow and consistency.

3.2 Moulding & Cooling

The heated material is automatically moulded into uniform shapes with firm texture. The cooling system then stabilizes the treats for proper setting and easy demoulding.

3.3 Demoulding & Finished Treats

The demoulding system removes finished treats from molds. Products are then ready for packing with consistent quality and appealing appearance.
