3.1 Auto Batching & Mixing

High-precision automatic batching system weighs and doses ingredients accurately. The horizontal mixer blends all raw materials uniformly, ensuring consistent recipe formulation for every batch.

3.2 Cold Pressing

The cold pressing machine applies high pressure—80 tons and above—to shape the mixed material into uniform treats. Cold pressing preserves natural nutrients and flavors while creating a firm, appealing texture.

3.3 Tray & Trolley Loading

Formed treats are automatically loaded onto trays by the loading-onto-trays system. The trays-loading-into-trolley system then transfers them to trolleys. Operators only need to move trolleys to the drying room. Optional auto sorting and packing solution also available.
