Rawhide Loading → Water Squeezing → Robot Arm A → Vibrating Cutting → Robot Arm B → Strip Cutting → Twisting → Drying → Final Cutting

3.1 Water Squeezing & Cutting

Complete fresh animal rawhide is loaded and passes through the water squeezer to remove excess moisture. Robot Arm A transfers the squeezed rawhide to the vibrating cutter which cuts it into precise sections.

3.2 Strip Cutting & Twisting

Robot Arm B transfers cut sections to the strip cutter which creates uniform rawhide strips. The twisting machine then twists the strips into consistent twisted shapes, ensuring firm texture and appealing appearance.

3.3 Drying & Final Cutting

Twisted rawhide treats enter the dryer for thorough moisture removal, ensuring extended shelf life and proper texture. The final cutter then cuts dried treats to final length, ready for packaging.
