Powder and liquid raw materials are stored in dedicated tanks. The PLC-controlled system automatically weighs each ingredient with high precision, ensuring accurate recipe formulation for every batch.

3.2 Feeding & Mixing

The screw feeder conveys weighed materials to the horizontal mixer. The mixer blends all ingredients uniformly, ensuring consistent formulation quality. Liquid ingredients are added through the liquid tank system.

3.3 Discharging & Finished Batch

The mixed batch is discharged for further processing. The system saves multiple formulations in PLC memory for one-button recall, reducing setup time and eliminating human errors.
