Treats are loaded onto the treats sorter which separates and organizes them. The conveyor then moves them to the weigher where the weight controller ensures accurate weight measurement for consistent package content.
The system accurately counts treats based on weight or piece count. The baffle conveyor ensures smooth transfer to the packing machine, maintaining product integrity throughout the process.
