Skewer Treats Finished Products
Our Automatic Skewer Treats Processing Line is designed for high-volume production of skewered pet treats and meat sticks. It integrates forming, drying, cooling, and scraping-off in one continuous system. The line delivers consistent shape, uniform drying, and high output. Optional automatic sorting, counting, and packing modules are available for complete automation.
This production line is purpose-built for:
Pet treat factories producing skewered chews and meat sticks
Meat processing plants expanding into value-added snack products
Export-oriented food businesses supplying skewer treats to global markets
Large-scale pet food brands seeking high-efficiency automated production
Its industrial design ensures reliable output, recipe consistency, and long-term operation—key factors for competitive skewer treat production.
This Skewer Treats Production Line follows a mature, industrial process designed for stable output, consistent product quality, and efficient large-scale production.
Batching → Mixing → Forming → Drying → Cooling → Scraping-off → Packing
Multiple silos discharge ingredients according to set flow rates. Silo quantity is adjustable based on recipe requirements. Liquid ingredients are added through quantitative pumps continuously.
All dry ingredients are conveyed to a screw elevator, then to the mixer. Liquid ingredients are pumped in continuously. The mixer blends raw materials uniformly and supplies them to the extruder.
The extruder forms the mixed material into skewer-shaped sticks. The formed sticks are elevated to the oven for drying. Guide plates arrange sticks evenly on the oven belt.
Sticks pass through multi-layer oven for thorough drying. Fixed-length cutting occurs at the end of the first layer. Products travel through five to seven layers of the oven for complete drying.
Dried sticks are sorted and transferred to the cooling system. Finished products are conveyed out from the lowest layer of the oven. Scraping-off system removes any residue for clean finished products.
Fully automatic forming – High-speed skewer production with consistent shape and size
Integrated drying system – Multi-layer oven ensures uniform moisture removal
Automatic tray & trolley loading – Reduces manual labor and increases efficiency (ST3 model)
Optional sorting, counting & packing – Complete end-to-end automation (S4 model)
High output capacity – 3,000–4,000 pcs/h to meet large-scale production demands
Low energy consumption – Efficient design reduces operating costs
Easy to clean and maintain – Food-grade stainless steel construction
