This Doritos / Tortilla Chips Processing Line follows a mature, industrial process designed for stable output, consistent product quality, and efficient large-scale production.
Flour Mixing → Screw Conveying → Extrusion → Cutting → Hoisting → Drying → Continuous Frying → Coating → Packing
Raw flours are uniformly blended in the mixer. The screw conveyor transfers the mix to the twin-screw extruder. The extruder cooks and forms a continuous dough sheet. The precision cutter then cuts the sheet into uniform chip shapes.
Cut chips are hoisted to the continuous dryer for pre-frying moisture removal. The continuous fryer then deep-fries chips to crispy texture and golden color. Consistent frying ensures uniform quality for every single chip.
